Just the one game tonight, played under the lights at Hove
Pro40
Sussex v Yorkshire - Sussex win by 4 wickets
Yorkshire won the toss and decided to bat
Yor - 238-9
Sus - 240-6
Gale (42) gave Yorkshire a good start as they piled on the runs early in the innings. All of the top six made starts but none of them was able to push on, which left them short of a great score. In the end they set a competitive total, as Sussex five wickets in the last five overs.
As it turned out though Sussex made light work of the chase, getting over the line with 37 balls to spare. Wright made 103 from 95 balls, before he was the last man out with the score on 235.
Star Player: Wright, for the effortless way he took Sussex to what could have been a challenging total under lights.
